Using Papirfly
Papirfly enables recruiters to create and share consistent and professional branding assets.
Papirfly should only be used by Talent Acquisition employees who have been provided with Logins.
Contact your regional superuser if you believe you need access to the platform.
General Guidance
- Consider your audience when creating your templates - remember that you are representing the business to external candidates so you should think carefully about language, tone of voice and image use.
- Use brand logos that are consistent with the most popular brands in your region. On occasion - it may be appropriate to use a brand that is globally important (such as Oreo) but its important to be as attractive to your audience as possible.
- Be consistent, but do not use the same template every time. There is a wealth of options available in Papirfly so you should not limit yourself to only one or two designs.
- Assets created with Papirfly should not be used for any personal posts or for any other personal use. Equally, they should not be used to market any other part of the business or any other activity, and should be used solely for TA purposes.
Use of Templates
Email Template
- This template should be used for recruiters who are communicating with external candidates. Whilst it can be used internally (MDLZ employee to MDLZ employee) this is not recommended.
Social Media Template
- This template should be used for promoting jobs on your social media accounts.
- You should use the correct template for the platform on which you are posting to avoid images being cropped or scaled.
